How is this different from an SDR agency?

An outreach agency charges $3,000 to $5,000 a month and you still write the messages. An in-house rep costs $8,000 to $12,000 a month fully loaded. Crystallux runs the whole system (finding people, writing, sending, booking) from a few hundred dollars a month. Nothing for you to write.

Do I have to write the outreach?

No. The engine writes every email, LinkedIn message, SMS, voice script, and video script around your industry and your ideal customer. You approve the first batch during onboarding, then it runs itself. You can edit anything any time.

Who will I work with at Crystallux?

Every client is assigned a dedicated point of contact who coordinates onboarding, campaigns, and check-ins. Early clients also get direct access to our team for strategic questions.

What is your uptime SLA?

Our platform runs 24/7 with 99 percent or better uptime. Human support responds within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. Urgent issues have on-call coverage.

How many clients does Crystallux serve?

We maintain a deliberate client cap to ensure quality. Early clients get priority support and a locked rate for 12 months.

What happens if I only get 5 meetings in 30 days?

Your second month is free. No partial credit. No future discount. Your card does not get charged. After that, we keep iterating the copy and targeting until you hit the target.

Is this CASL-compliant?

Yes. Every outreach template is designed for CASL compliance. Each email includes sender identification, your business address, and a working unsubscribe. We maintain PIPEDA-aligned data handling and Canadian hosting.

How long does onboarding take?

You see your first outreach hit a prospect's inbox within 7 business days of contract signing. First qualified discovery calls typically booked in week 2. Full pipeline running by day 21.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your leads, campaigns, and outreach history are yours. We export everything to CSV and JSON within 14 days of cancellation. We retain anonymised aggregate metrics for benchmarking only.

Do I have to commit to a long contract?

No. Month-to-month after a 3-month initial term. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Your rate is locked for 12 months if you stay.

What if I want to pause during a slow season?

Pausable. We offer one free 30-day or 60-day pause per 12-month cycle. Your rate and channel setup freeze during the pause.

Do early clients get a better rate?

Yes. Early clients lock their rate for 12 months. After that, standard pricing applies. Everyone gets the identical product either way.

Who owns the leads?

You do. Every lead Crystallux surfaces on your behalf is in your database, exportable, and yours to keep even after cancellation.

My industry is not on your list. Can you still help?

Yes. Setting up a new industry is a one-time custom build (the language, the tone, the compliance review, and the right channels for your trade), usually 2 to 3 weeks. Just reach out if you don't see your industry.

Do you work with clients outside Canada?

Yes. We work with operators across North America and Europe. Our outreach is built for GDPR (Europe), CAN-SPAM (United States), and CASL (Canada) compliance from day one.
